Meet Chef Kira J.
As a lifelong foodie Kira was raised by a family of cooks, farmers and nurturers. From her grandmothers kitchen making hand pies with left over dough to farming in the backyard with her grandfather and being taught how to eat from your own land. Food is something that Kira has built her life around because it was always a world that she understood and has been the biggest motivator in her career as a Chef. As a formally trained Chef she creates food that will reflect her travels through cooking in kitchens across Europe, Morocco, South America and the Caribbean. She has submerged herself in the art of Food and has learned the true value of flavor. Under her tutelage, you will learn to create meals that not only taste amazing but are an experience.
